Ivan was an absolute pleasure to be around, he was great at getting to know all the customers which made the stay very personal, he couldn't do enough for us and is an absolute credit to the business. We really wish him the best. The hotel is about 15 mins walk to the ferry and set back a few streets from the busier 'strip' at the front bay so we had no noise issues except the call to prayer which could be heard all over the island anyway. We highly recommend this place

This apartments are the best in the island, the rooms are great, the location is perfect, close to everything and really quiet at night. The most important thing I bring with me from this apartments is the great service and the awesome people that works here, they make you feel like you are at home. Im really greatfull for the stance. Thank you so much to Ivan, Nyoman, Sultan, the greatest, kindest people ever met here in the island. 200% recomended

This property revolves around Ali the person that is front of house, pool maintenance, gardener and general helpful person. From the time we walked in he was there to welcome us and made sure we were happy. He showed us all the bits and pieces relating to the kitchen and ALWAY HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE. We stayed upstairs which was great. I found it to be a little round about to get to the property

Great location Nice big rooms Aircon worked great Big pool Comfy bed Lovely staff - so attentive and nothing was too much for them ! Amazing value for money ! Thankyou :D

Good location, friendly and helpful staff especially Evan and Soltan. Rooms clean and tidy. Beds are a bit hard and squeaky but did the job. Worth noting that if you stay here it’s actually called My Home One so you can tell the porter or taxi.

The staff at Urbanview were very welcoming and made the stay enjoyable. It was fantastic chilling out by the pool and chatting with them. Anything we needed they were quick to assist us.

Great staff, they are so lovely and accommodating - made my time here perfect. Restaurant and swimming pool onsite! I had a great time here, excellent value for money. It’s Gili T remember people, you cannot expect everything to be amazing!

the boy who took care of everything there was very friendly and attentive. the room was big. good air conditioning and pool
